My mom bought this backpack for my daughter for Christmas. We ordered it online on a Friday night, called Saturday morning to confirm the embroidery, and it was shipped to my house and on my doorstep by Monday afternoon. Even though I live in the same valley, we still couldn't believe how fast the customer service was! The bag is awesome in every way and I would highly recommend purchasing your bag and embroidery services from Swim 2000. We got the bright pink one and it is so cute. My daughter loves it. I think the quality is impressive and it was reasonably priced. I want one for myself! |
