The Speedo Hydro Resistant Combo Set is the best personal aqua-resistance gear I've tried. I suggest that all trainers of aqua-fitness introduce their clients and classes to this. I purchased three sets to have for my clients' use. Everyone I intoduced this gear to immediately loved it.
